Habits Worth Forming..

Along life's journey I've picked up some habits that are def worth forming..Lord knows I have enough bad habits..check these out..

1.Flossing-this is hard for me..I hate flossing but not just that.. it is time consuming but it is worth your time..flossing gets food that gets stuck between your teeth out which can cause cavities & bad breath..sometimes brushing alone can't get the food out.

2.Going to the gym on a regular schedule.

3.Scheduling your next teeth cleaning,pap smear & mammogram as soon as you complete your last one.
4.Cleaning the kitchen counters before you go to bed.
5.Making up before u go to sleep..it's in the Bible that u shouldn't let your sun go down on your anger.
6.Eat only one cookie that's a toughie for me too..I have to really find my willpower on this one..
7.Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
8.Say thank you more.
9.Write all your dates on one calendar.

10.Last but not least have a blessed day & don't forget to smile..u never know who may be falling in love with your smile..:)

Anything beach related has my vote..but I am glad I live somewhere where we have seasons & it's not summer all the time.But I do hate being cold & me & cold weather just don't mix! Well now that cooler temps are here stay warm & be happy..God Bless..:)

Fall Is Here!

I can't believe Fall is here..although today it feels more like winter & a mix of March with all this wind.Brrrr! Time for sweatshirts,fall festivals,carving pumpkins,football games,hot drinks,fires in the fireplace & firepit & trick-or treating or what they call trunk or treat.My dad's birthday is on Halloween.We have been decorating for Fall/Halloween...check out my pics..:)

We bought pumpkins & put the push in faces in two of them..turned out cute but before we put faces on them they had to pass our kitten,Tiger's inspection..lol

Hello World,How are you doing today? Me..well just another day in paradise..I had a root canal tooth cut out on Tuesday of this week & as some of you may know I'm scared of the dentist..he might be very sweet it doesn't matter I have a fear of going to the dentist.Thank goodness after getting comfy in the dentist chair they got me all fixed up with a cute lil shower cap thingie on my head,a blood pressure cuff squeezing my arm off every 5 minutes & then they attempted to get a vein for my IV sedation..he stuck it in my arm & I thought I would pass two semis..it hurt so bad my vein rolled so he pulled the needle out & decided to go for a vein in my hand lovely right? Luckily they got a good vein in my hand & started the IV & hooked me up to some oxygen the last thing I remember is the dentist asking to take a look @ my tooth & then I took a trip & never left the chair..Wow! So ever since Tuesday I've been taking Percoset for pain & Phenergan so the pain meds will not make me sick & eating soup soup soup & more soup out the wazoo! I hope I am going to be better by the weekend because we have alot planned.Love & Prayers to u all!

Busy As A Bee..:)

It is amazing all the things us moms do on a daily basis which makes me think of that weekend a few years ago I went out of town & left my hubby in charge.I left him a list of everything that had to be done.I do all that & then some everyday & that is without the crib notes.The daily stuff I rarely forget but if you were to add something new to the mix..my circuits would get crossed,my gray matter reaches its saturation point & I suffer brain overload..lol!

   In a few years I won't remember every knock knock joke,the fake stories about Bloody Mary or every episode of Suite Life On Deck.I won't even remember whether or not Sam I Am likes green eggs & ham.Some things are incredibly etched in my memory.Our Father who art in Heaven,hurried is my name..honestly this do unto others business sometimes does me in.I'm really good at starting things but seldom see the end although as I've gotten older I'm getting better about that one.Just for awhile,Lord while I'm raising my son do u think you'd have time to take over & run the world for me? Because despite all I do I just can't win the game..I'm going as fast as I can,Lord & hurried is my name.Amen! :)
