I wanted to share some recipes with you & a craft idea..very easy to make!The ghost can is just a soda can smashed then I painted it white drew a face & painted the inside tab black which is the ghost's tongue..lol I saw this at a Fall Festival & just copied the idea! Very neat!
I made the ghost cookies for my son's Halloween party at school..just buy some Nutter Butter cookies then get some Almond bark melt it in the microwave or on the stove & coat the cookies then with icing make some eyes.
I fixed the chicken fried rice last night for dinner..yummy check out the recipe:

1 cup long grain rice
2 cups reduced sodium chicken stock
bag of frozen green sweet peas
2 cloves garlic minced
bunch of green onions chopped
2 tbsp.soy sauce
2 large eggs

Directions:
1.Bring chicken stock to a boil.
2.Add soy sauce.
3.Add garlic cloves.
4.Add cooked rice stir,cover & reduce heat to low.
5.Chop onions-set aside.
6.Scramble eggs in skillet,set aside.
7.Add chicken,peas,eggs & onions.

Honey Glazed Carrots:

Boil carrots on stove in water-(dice carrots) until they are ale dente.
Then drain off water put them in a roaster pan drizzle honey & extra virgin olive oil on them & put some butter on them.Put them in the oven on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or longer.They are delicious!! Enjoy!
